Are your cleaners insured?
Yes, our cleaners are covered by public liability, property damage and employers' liability insurance.
How much do you charge for your cleaning services?
The price charged depends on the service required. No two cleaning jobs are the same so please call us on or 0800 171 2191 or contact us here.
What hours do you provide you’re cleaning services?
Our cleaning services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do you give free estimates?
We try to give you an accurate estimate over the phone, or you can be guided by our price list. However because every property is different in size and condition it is impossible to give a fixed price without seeing the property. We do give you a free written estimate before the commencement of all work. This can be carried out prior to, or on the day work is required.
Do you charge VAT?
We currently DO NOT charge VAT.
Do you have a minimum charge?

Can I get just my kitchen cleaned?
Yes, we tailor make our service to your requirements. We will visit your home to clean your cooker if that is all you need, but we do have a minimum charge.
Is it possible for a third party to pay for the cleaning?
It is possible for a third party to pay for the service in case you cannot be present as long as you have initially informed us and have provided the contact details of your representative.
Do you provide cleaning equipment and materials?
Provision of cleaning detergents and equipment is included in the charge you have been initially quoted.
Can I leave your cleaners unsupervised?
Our cleaners are fully trained, vetted, insured and disciplined to provide high quality service. You can leave them at the property to carry out their job as long as you are comfortable with that. However if you do not feel confident in leaving them at the property unsupervised you are more than welcome to be there the whole time.
Do I pay you or do I pay to the cleaner the full amount?
You can pay to us directly or the cleaner at the end of the service.
What if I am not happy with the cleaning service?
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the cleaning service we have provided, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return and re-do the clean without charge.
